MAY

Well there are a lot of goings on in May. I have to tell you it is my least favorite month. As a matter of fact I hate it!!! It holds lots of bad memories for me. Twenty years ago on May 7th my mom came home from a hospital very sick on the 9th she died. Then a week later that year mothers day came and went. 3 weeks later I went with my dad to disability court so he could get disability retirement. Basically they have to prove you can never do any job worth while, it is very humiliating and I wish that no one would ever have to go. I had my first bad car wreck in May and it also is the end of school. Usually this last one does not upset me at all but this year it is different. I am going to be changing school with my children. Yes it was my choice to move but I am sad I have to leave some of their friends and mine behind. I love that almost all of the teachers know me personally. The principal calls me by name. The school secretary also knows all of my kids by name and likes them. I can go into any of my kids classes and help when i want to. And it is close to the park and the fire station. I am also super busy with getting ready for camp and VBS which is not a bad thing just a busy thing. I have been told recently I am like Eeyore. I am going to try and get rid of that reputation. After the month of May is over I will do much better. I hope :) :)
